One schedule change/adjustment for 15u/Coach Chelsea. Time has changed to session 1. 9-10:30 am on Saturday, November 8.
If you have a conflict, we can accomodate you in the later session.
Reach out to your coach for more info and let update them on when you can attend.
Critical that we get uniforms sized so that order can be placed as early as possible.

Thank you to everyone that gave Hub City a chance to show what we are all about. Many tough choices on both sides, for us in selecting players and players selecting Hub City.
We will be posting teams soon. We will have one team at each age group from 12-18.

Welcome to the Family for all of those that have accepted an offer to join Hub City Volleyball.
We want to welcome back all of the families that are joining us for another year and welcome in all of the folks that get to experience Hub City Volleyball Club for the first time.
We appreciate that you put your trust in us to deliver a great environment for your daughters to grow their volleyball skills and develop as a person.
Listed below are the next steps that need to be completed prior to our club meeting that will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025 in the Paramount Elementary School cafeteria. We will meet with the 12/13/14/15 teams from 9-10:30. 16/17/18 will meet from 10:30-12 noon.

Additional actions that need to be completed to update your membership in preparation for the season.
- Go back into your Sports Engine and/or CHRVA account and make sure you have a full membership for a junior player. You may need to upgrade from the one event membership to the full Junior membership for an additional amount.
- You will or should have received and accepted an invitation/assignment to join Hub City Volleyball club. Please complete that process.
- Go to the Hub City Volleyball Club website, www.hubcityvolleyball.com , and print the materials that will need to be completed and returned during our club meeting on 11.8.25
- 2025-2026 CHRVA Medical Release Form – we do have most of these from the tryouts
- Copy of Players Birth Certificate
- 2025-2026 Code of Conduct - -no signature required
- Hub City Player Code of Ethics and Conduct
- Hub City Parent Code of Conduct
Bring payment for the club dues.
- Details on fees and payment options have been shared in a reply to your offer acceptance.

- Players will try on uniforms –we will have uniforms available for sizing

Nothing can describe how hard these girls played today! Went undefeated and brought home some gold hardware. They played their hearts out beginning to end after walking in at 7am saying they wanted medals! So much more to come this season let’s go INVADERS

Coach Sarah Meiklejohn and coach Kyleigh Kriss great job ladies This weekend was our first volleyball tournament. To say that I am proud of these girls would be an understatement. We have had a rough start to the season with only having 2 practices with ALL THE GIRLS, due to sickness. But that didn’t stop them from coming out Saturday and giving it all they had. We were placed in a tough bracket for pool play but ended up playing for the championship in Silver and winning! If this is only tournament 1, I can’t wait to see how far these girls go this season.

Hub City Illusion took second on their court to advancing them to the Gold Division semi-Playoffs where they face the 1st place team from the opposing court. Hub City Illusion was able to dig and spike pass their opponent and advance to the Gold Division Final. Due to mother nature and ole man winter not seeing eye to eye, the tournament was called to error on the side of caution to make sure each team was able to get home safely. No hardware received today but they most definately made their presence known.
